Welcome to EleraAI, an all-in-one AI platform owned and operated by If Media Inc. By accessing or using EleraAI’s website, applications, APIs, or other services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you disagree, please do not use the Service.

      We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service under your chosen plan (either a one-time bundle or a subscription).

    • Acceptable Use
      You agree not to misuse the Service (e.g., no hacking, exploiting, or using it to create illegal content).

    • Bring Your Own Tokens
      If you link external API keys (e.g., OpenAI, Gemini), you remain subject to those providers’ terms and maintain ownership of those credits.

Payment & Billing

  1. Pricing Plans

    • One-Time Bundles: Non-refundable, lifetime-valid credits.

    • Subscriptions: Billed monthly or annually based on your selected plan.

  2. Payment Methods
    We accept major credit cards and other electronic payment methods.

  3. Cancellation & Refunds

    • Subscriptions: Cancel anytime. No prorated refunds for unused time.

    • One-Time Bundles: Final sale—no refunds after purchase.

Intellectual Property
  1. Our Content & Software
    All underlying software, designs, trademarks, and text of EleraAI are owned by If Media Inc.

  2. Your Content
    You retain full ownership of any content you generate or upload. By using the Service, you grant us a royalty-free license to host, store, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

Privacy & Data Security

Your use of personal data is governed by our [Privacy Policy]. We employ industry-standard security measures (256-bit SSL, encrypted storage), but we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  1. “As Is”
    The Service is provided “as is.” We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

  2. No Indirect Damages
    Under no circumstances will If Media Inc. be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service.

  3. Cap on Liability
    Our maximum aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at our discretion for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or other reasons. You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
